This hotel is a gem. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because half the employees were very rude. The other half were really friendly. The price is decent and the rooms are clean and modern. The hotel is quiet despite being off of a large blvd. I highly recommend staying here.

I recently spent 6 days at the hotel and i was impressed with everything. A great room with plenty of charging space. Refrigerator, a safe a coffee machine, microwave. If that was enough they had a great affordable food options downstairs, for me it was the delicious breakfast. I'm glad i choose to stay there. Plenty of parking

Rooms were VERY cozy and comfortable and VERY clean. However, like others mentioned unlike what the advertise there is no free breakfast. You have to pay for the hot or continental buffet. We had a quick trip palm beach to solve some personal matters and free breakfast would’ve been one less thing to worry about which is why I picked the hotel. But it was an inconvenience when I found out it wasn’t the case. Nevertheless hotel is great!

I am completely disappointed in this hotel. I am 100% positive I left my name brand glasses and my Mac charger in my room and when I called to ask if they had it in their lost and found, the house keeping person they transferred me to was sooooo rude to me. After speaking to them it was confirmation they took it and I was never going to get my stuff back. We also had to switch rooms because the front door was messed up to where we literally had to push with all our might to open it, the tub would not drain, and when I called the front desk she rudely asked me what did I want her to do about it. Such a horrible place . Don’t stay here.

The staff were so friendly and responsive. Room very clean and quiet. Location close to outlet malls and Target. I forgit my phone charger and the wonderful young lady at the desk told me where to go (Target), exactly where it was and when it closed. She was a lifesaver.

Everything about the hotel room was very comfortable but the customer service could use some work plus they charge not only $50 when you check in but additional $5 to park in the parking garage. They don't have any parking lots just a parking garage so you'll have to pay it. They're breakfast isn't really free but if you're willing to pay $14 a person for breakfast you could eat there for breakfast. Other than all that it was pleasant to be in the room and it was quiet. But next time we're staying at they're other locations that has free parking and breakfast.
